As believers in this remarkable mission, in 2008 under the leadership of Joan Brisimitzakis and Martha Hubbard, The Friends of Alexandra's House was born and serves as an independent fundraising entity to help financially sustain the mission of this organization. Monies raised help sustain their comprehensive perinatal hospice and newborn loss services, babies’ funeral expenses, and specialized programs that aid families in resolution of their grief and strengthening of family life.
